For instance, technicians use our rubber-handled magnet, which weighs only 250 grams, to lift metal fragments hidden around valuable equipment. In food, beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, plate magnets (weighing nearly a fifth of a ton) are suspended over loose goods on conveyor belts to capture and remove unwanted ferrous particles, ensuring the integrity of the product and directing the waste to a smelting furnace.

Our magnetic lifters, which fall between these extremes, provide a cost-effective and safe solution for handling ferrous materials or moving steel goods. Many of these models come equipped with a shackle for attaching rigging and feature a control lever. In one position, the lever engages brute force magnetic suction to the load, while in the opposite position, it releases the grip. Heavy-duty lifting magnets apply their force from above, eliminating the risk of encircling heavy cargo.
