Magnets Club FAQ
For a purchase to be eligible to be factored into your last 12 months of spending a purchase must be;
- Made online through our website
- Paid for using either the Click payment gateway, AfterPay service or PayPal
- Done while you are logged into your online account
- Be enrolled into our mailing list
Order made by phone, email or any other means or orders that are placed and charged to your trade account or paid for by bank transfer/direct debit are not eligible to be counted towards your annual spend.
Once your order is dispatched from us, the value from the order is counted towards your annual spend.
Any refunds made are deducted from your annual spend.
Any orders that become older than 12 months are also deducted from your annual spend.
To progress to a higher tier in the Magnets Club you must reach a set level of spend in the last 12 months as listed above.
When you reach a new tier you will be emailed by us to let you know you have reached the new spending tier and that you have new benefits available to you.
Should your 12 month spend decrease as older order no longer become eligible to be counted towards your annual spend you may move down to a lower tier and loose the benefits of the higher tier.
You may move up to a higher tier again should your 12 month spend meet the required spend level.
Orders that are being charged to your trade account are not eligible to be counted towards your previous 12 months of spending with us.

Here you can see your current tier and benefits, overall annual spend and how much is spend is required to reach your next tier and what benefits will be available to you.
To receive discounts from any tier you are required to be enrolled into our mailing list.
Should you unsubscribe from our mailing list you will immediately loose access to the magnets club program and any discounts that come with it.
