Magnets Australia can assist with the design and construction of custom sized Neodymium, Ceramic, Alnico, Samarium and Flexible Strip and Sheet Magnet if you require a size outside of our standard stocked range.

When wanting to create a custom magnet, a few key things to consider.
- Where there is no minimums to create a custom magnet, small runs do carry high costs as you are having to stop production to make your magnet size.
Because of this we recommend having minimums between 500 to 1,000 pieces in order to get the best value for your order - The lead-time for custom made goods by sea is around 14 weeks to manufacturer and deliver.
This can be reduced to around 6 weeks by airfreighting your magnets however this will incur an airfreight charge. This charge will depend on the quantity and size that you are ordering. - Custom made magnets cannot be returned so please choose carefully before placing your order
- Once sizing has been confirmed we will send you an invoice to pay, once payment is received we will start manufacturing your magnets.
Factor in the above when getting a custom magnet quote as it may be more cost effective to use a similar size from our stock range.
