Neodymium Radially Magnetised Ring Magnets

Neodymium Radially Magnetised Ring Magnets

Neodymium Radially Magnetised Ring Magnets feature specific magnetic patterns on either their inside or outside diameter and are commonly available in three configurations:

Skewed Magnetisation

This configuration is typically utilized in servo and power steering motors. The unique magnetization allows for efficient torque generation and control.

Multi-pole Magnetisation

In this design, the outer and/or inner diameter has multiple poles. These magnets are widely found in applications such as servo motors, spindle motors, generators, couplings, and stepping motors, providing enhanced magnetic interaction for improved performance.

North-South Configuration:

In this arrangement, one pole (north or south) is located on the outer diameter while the opposite pole resides on the inner diameter (or vice versa). This type of magnet is commonly used in linear actuators, compressors, magnetic bearings, and high-end speakers, where precise control and strong magnetic fields are essential.

These radially magnetised ring magnets offer versatility and efficiency across a wide range of applications, making them a vital component in modern technology.
