Neodymium Rectangular Pot Magnets

These countersunk magnets provide the advantage of being easily attached to almost any surface, allowing non-magnetic materials to securely bond to metallic surfaces. This capability makes them ideal for temporarily securing decorations, lighting fixtures, sound systems, and advertising signage to steel frameworks, metal barriers, structural supports, or scaffolding.

In addition, these rectangular magnets, sometimes referred to as “Channel” magnets, are perfect for attaching non-ferrous materials to metal frameworks. Their attachment can be permanent, but they can also be easily removed when no longer needed, making them suitable for applications like protective coverings, privacy barriers, shade screens, fly mesh, or child barriers.

The design of these magnets includes a metal casing that covers three of the four larger surfaces, effectively deflecting and amplifying the magnetic power to the uncovered surface. This metal “cap” enhances the magnet’s strength while providing protection against damage. For a neat installation with minimal light or air intrusion, a routing tool can be used to recess the magnet into timber or similar materials.

WARNING: Be cautious when tightening attachment screws, as over-tightening can crack and permanently damage the magnet. In some cases, using a rubber washer may be advisable to protect the uncapped surface of the magnet.
