The Handee rage of magnetic catch has a spring cushion system allowing for a softer closure compared with static catches that have fixed poles. Designed with wide mounting holes that allow for a greater room of error when being mounted, these catches are able to shifted forward or back for the perfect fit. This can also be used to increase or decrease the magnetic force against the striker plate to make it easier to open or close.

The striker plate itself has teeth/tabs that allow it to grip into material ands stop it from twisting ensuring a solid contact point with the pole pieces of the catch every time.
