This Food-Safe Magnetic Probe has a Neodymium magnet encased in a 316 stainless steel tube and also has an EasyClean system to allow for quick removal of contaminant.
It is 670mm long overall and is suitable for dairy grade environments due to it being fully welded and polished. The magnet length on this unit is 300mm.
Each unit also comes with complementary engraving for a serial number to allow for unit tracking and accurate historical reporting of the unit.

These are available as an in stock solution with a surface reading of 8,000 – 8,500 gauss or made to order with the highest grade material in the industry to create a surface gauss of 9,000 – 9,500 gauss.

Our Magnetic Probes are idea for the food and dairy industry as a way to quickly test a sample of products to see if any ferrous contamination is present. Ferrous material can easily enter a production line through raw product and breakdowns in machinery so these are essential in making sure that the end product is clean and ferrous free.

These contain high powered Neodymium magnets inside a stainless steel tube which can be retracted allowing for quick and easy removal of ferrous contaminants.

All units are supplied with a Test certificate of conformity top the international HACCP 0909 magsep 2-2024 standard with units subject to annual validation tests to fulfil food safety audit requirements.
