Our 15mm x 15mm Neodymium Cylinder has a diameter of 15mm and a thickness of 15mm. These tube magnets are Nickle plated for protection, are N45 grade and have their magnetism running through the thickness (axially magnetised).

Uses for our 15mm x 15mm Neodymium Cylinder:
Our Neodymium Cylinder Magnets (Rare Earth Magnets) have a very high power to size ratio making them ideal for where size is limitation but where a strong magnet is needed.
They are Nickle plated (hence being refereed to as a silver magnet) to protect the raw magnet beneath, as such these round magnets are not suitable for outdoor environments as they are prone to rust over time. If you are after a magnet to be used in an outdoor or humid environment we recommend the use of our plastic encased magnets that can withstand such environments without rusting as they are fully sealed.
Neodymium cylinders can be found in a variety of everyday equipment, from mobile phones and computer hard drives to generators and in sensor equipment. Use them to create clasps for bags or sew into pockets to hand curtains in caravans, even use them for small fine craft work as even the smallest neodymium can have a large holding force.
