Our 200mm wide Underflow Plate Magnet has a working width of 200mm and is 100mm wide. It is constructed from high powered Neodymium magnet to reach deep into product flows to extract and retain ferrous contaminant.
The entire unit is fully welded to the HACCP 0909MAGSEP 1-2010 International Food Safety Standard.
Each system also comes with complementary engraving for a serial number to allow for unit tracking and accurate historical reporting of the unit.

Uses for our Underflow Plate Magnets:
Our underflow plate magnets use powerful Neodymium magnets to extract and retain ferrous contaminant until it can be cleaned by an operator. Easily incorporated into an existing line, a hole can be cut in the bottom of a chute to easily allow for mounting a underflow plate magnets.
Unlike powered options, our Underflow Magnets use a static magnet pack meaning that these require no electricity to function and are maintenance free aside from the regular cleaning of ferrous buildup. Cleaning these systems is easy and hassle free as they can be easily wiped clean using a thick leather glove or they can be customized to include an EasyClean stainless plate that will allow material to be readily removed as you pull the cover away from the magnet.
These are widely used in various industries such as in food and baby formula production sites to protect their product from ferrous contamination and machinery from damage caused by any rogue ferrous items in the line.
Made to the HACCP 0909MAGSEP 1-2010 International Food Safety Standard, these Underflow Magnets fit requirements for Australasia’s rigorous food safety requirements.
These systems have a maximum heat tolerance and subjecting them to temperatures above their max tolerance will cause them to loose a portion of their magnetism permanently. For this units max temperature tolerance please see above.
